Hawaii has been a Mecca for big wave surfing since the ‘50s, and M.Nii was a shop outfitting all the dudes making a wavy pilgrimage to enjoy the sport of kings. The brand developed some of the first ever surf trunks, which made its mom and pop location a must visit when you were on the islands. Almost 60 years later M.Nii is still going strong and has expanded offerings to include more than just gear aimed to coast through swells.
A look into the spring/summer 2014 lookbook, gives you an idea of how far the brand has come. Titled “Shared Stories,” it taps photographer Chris Mosier and tattoo artist SupaKitch in another tropical destination to shoot the latest gear. Included are tees, polos, button-downs, crewneck sweaters, and the brand’s famous trunks. You can shop the collection now on the M.Nii website if you have any desire to have a summer as dope-looking as the one pictured here.
