It started with a hat. Sometime in the late '60s, Walt Frazier wore a wide-brimmed hat to a Knicks practice or game, and was dubbed "Clyde," after the title character in "Bonnie and Clyde." He was just getting started. In the ensuing 40-odd years, Clyde has become a style icon (his 1974 book on the subject, "Rockin' Steady," was re-published in 2010). On his 66th birthday, we take a look back at Clyde's dashin' fashion...
