UK-based label STORY mfg. has returned with its Fall/Winter 2022 collection, entitled Try, Try, Try.

Continuing to explore new craft and techniques, the label now presents a line made from new natural dyes, which includes a vibrant, almost luminescent purple designed to wear down into a cool pink hue.

The collection itself sees the return of STORY mfg.’s much-loved shapes, with outdoors-inspired “Peace Pants” and “Forager” garments arriving in an eco-friendly, plant-dyed palette. Hand-knit jumpers and cardigans have been adorned with hand crochet vegetables and celestial bodies, while a puffed patchwork scarf sports the brand’s “MFG MFG MFG” nickname.

This collection continues to develop the brand’s Star Scraps Patchwork story—previously seen last season—across jackets and shirts. Garments have been naturally dyed using ancient dye plants, heartwood roots and berries, and has been mixed with various techniques including hand embroidery, hand crochet, hand prints, hand knits, hand dyeing, and hand weaving.

Get a closer look at some of the collection below, and cop your pieces later this year via the brand’s online store.story-mfg-try-try-try-fall-winter-2022-1story-mfg-try-try-try-fall-winter-2022-2story-mfg-try-try-try-fall-winter-2022-3story-mfg-try-try-try-fall-winter-2022-4story-mfg-try-try-try-fall-winter-2022-5story-mfg-try-try-try-fall-winter-2022-6
