Pleasures, the American lifestyle brand known for its affinity with the LA punk and hardcore scenes, has teamed up with British menswear label Fred Perry for a new collaboration based on self-expression.
The collection includes three graphic iterations of the iconic Fred Perry polo, reimagined through Pleasures’ playful lens. Arriving in a colour palette of red, black, and white, each version has been designed with varying motifs, including a rebellious skull print, star graphic, and large-scale logo.
“I think the idea of open-mindedness, freedom, individuality, there’s many different subcultures that identify with these ethos,” said Pleasures co-founder, Alex James, in a press release. “The hardcore music scene, punk-rock scene is very much about community, openness, friendship, self-expression, freedom. Those are ideals of pleasures and, in fact, Fred Perry as well. So I think they all tie into one another.”
