Centred around layering essentials, London-based skate stalwart Palace is back with another cosy collection for the holiday season.
Captured in a lookbook shot by Clare Shilland, the seasonal offering is highlighted by skate team members Savannah Stacey Keenan, Charlie Birch and Kyle Wilson who don a selection of must-have garments and accessories.
With the colder months well and truly in full swing, the forthcoming collection hones in on all things outerwear with bulbous puffer jackets and waffle knits taking centre stage, complete with Palace’s branding as well as pouncing cats and fish carcasses. Contrasting these pieces is a clean khaki green technical nylon puffer long coat and sleek black canvas work chore jacket, both of which can be layered alongside an array of seasonal graphic tees.
Elsewhere, the layering pieces continue in the form of a borg wool zip-up jacket rendered with stars and frosted Palace’s moniker on the front, a full-fleece twin-set tracksuit, and a thick-pile bear ear beanie. Palace has also applied its hardcore Olde English Palace logo to a brown jumper crafted from a material akin to mohair.
While previous lookbooks have offered a peek at upcoming seasonal collaborations, Holiday 2022 looks as if it’s keeping things in-house, teasing what’s set to drop in the next few months.
The first instalment from Palace’s Holiday 2022 collection will be available in the UK on November 25 from 11:00am GMT online in the EU at 12 p.m. CET, online in the U.S. at 11 a.m. EST/8 a.m. PST, and in-store in New York and L.A. at their respective 11 a.m. timezones. A release is expected to follow on November 26 in Japan and China via Palace’s online webstore.
