Honouring and emphasising America’s ingrained culture around collegiate sports, the ready-to-wear collection is referenced by familiar graphics and styles that create a buildable full-look wardrobe for colder, more extreme climates.
Designed to be a part of the brand’s future DNA, notable inclusions—like the Varsity and Billie Jacket—arrive embellished with embroidered basketball emblems, collegiate patches and tonal jacquard flower prints, while quilted flowers and monogram prints dress the collection’s down pieces.
Taking its ‘90s basketball and skate culture inspiration one step further, Axel Arigato has explored innovative technical and material possibilities for its FW23 footwear range.
Focusing on bigger and bolder designs, the colour-focused assemblage includes a slew of updated options ranging from the newly reimagined Marathon Runner to the Blyde Boot, Axel Arigato’s take on the classic hiking shoe.
