Axel Arigato has just added a new sneaker to its footwear arsenal.
Building on a foundation of modern staples and vintage design, ‘The Arlo’ arrives in four colourways and is softened by contrasting, curved lines. Handcrafted in Portugal from layers of suede and recycled polyester, the contemporary silhouette boasts a minimal free-flowing design for a completely organic feel. Set on chunky branded soles that are partly recycled, the model has been designed in four colourways, ranging from classic monochromes to subtle inflections of orange, green, blue and pink, and houses gold lettering on the partially-perforated sidewalls.
The Arlo sneaker also incorporates a stringent auditing process through the use of LWG-certified leather. Working to create meaningful change across the global leather supply chain, each shoe is made in a way that limits water and energy usage.
