Nike has released a brand new campaign following a first look at its upcoming Air Max Pulse sneaker. Set to drop as part of the brand’s annual Air Max Day, the durable silhouette draws on the UK’s brutalist architecture—as well as textures from the London cityscape—to create a familiar design with a modern twist.

The point-loaded system is undoubtedly the highlight of the overall design. Utilising the famous 270 Air Bag unit, the shoe delivers increased reactivity through distributed targeted points that ensure a durable design that can be worn from day to night.

Boasting an updated mesh upper that incorporates elements from the Max models from the past, the Air Max Pulse “White” also includes a tough rubber mudguard, while multiple Swoosh placements and complimentary Air Max branding on the rear heel counters make for a fresh and iconic look.

Inspired by the frenetic energy of the London music scene, the shoe has been designed with the frequency of the city’s most dynamic sounds in mind. Taking this into account, the sportswear giant has enlisted help from some of the capital’s most innovative musicians—jungle DJ/producer Nia Archives and rapper Jeshi—to star in its latest campaign.

Check out the model in the shots below. You can cop the Air Max Pulse Summit in “White” from March 26 on nike.com and in selected retail stores.
