Brain Dead x Slam Jam

Slam Jam has reunited with Brain Dead for a third collaborative collection. This drop is centered around the overlap of Slam Jam’s signature logo and Brain Dead’s rabbits graphic. The collection features three T-shirts, a polo shirt, glassware, tea towels, and a new rendition of Brain Dead’s fan-favorite rug.

Aries Fall/Winter 2021 "Satanic Panic"

London-based streetwear brand Aries will release the first drop of its Autumn/Winter 2021 collection, “Satanic Panic,” later this week. The collection explores themes of mysticism through graphics that feature hand-painted symbols and emblems of fertility, snakes, and runes. These graphic motifs are intercut with unexpected hybrids of technical and artisanal details found across padded tie-dye outerwear, patchwork polar fleece, classic denim, and tailoring styles. Denim, signature jerseys and sweats, knitwear, women’s bodywear, and various accessories including bags, scarves, beanies and caps will be available. The collection also introduces new jewelry pieces such as the column bangle and ring.

Dr. Martens x JJJJound

Dr. Martens has joined forces with Justin Saunders’ design studio JJJJound for a collaboration that reimagines the Archie II in two colorways—“Crazy Horse” brown and “Wyoming” Black. The brown shoe represents the “contemporary artist,” while the black shoe represents the “traditional artist.” Both styles were handcrafted in England at Dr. Martens famous Wollaston factory. The “Wyoming” shoe stands on a smoke-colored V18 outsole, while the “Crazy Horse” colorway is built upon a transluscent V18 outsole. The two silhouettes are finished with a JJJJound sewn-in tab, a welt stitched in yellow, a set of blind eyelets, a dual-branded sock liner, and secondary pairs of brown and yellow Tetoron laces.

Along with a pair of “Flash Lime” Nike Dunk Highs, Yoon Ahn of Ambush is dropping a range of apparel inspired by Japanese motorcycle culture. Ahn’s new collection for Nike includes a running cap that resembles the look of a motorcycle helmet, motorcycle pants, a crop top, a motorcycle jacket, and a vest in bright pink and black color schemes.

Nanamica’s Fall/Winter 2021 collection is now available for both men and women. This season, the brand continues to bring forth more “Heart-warming Life-Tech wear.” The Soutien Collar Coat and Cruiser Jacket boast original taffeta material that was specially developed by Nanamica. The jacket features a 3-layer Gore-Tex shell that makes it waterproof and breathable. Other Gore-Tex apparel releasing in the future includes a down coat filled with “Kodenshi”—a special down-fill that utilizes the human body’s infrared rays to keep the wearer comfortably warm. Hats, shirting, bags, and other accesories are now available online as well.

Heron Preston x Gentle Monster

Heron Preston has collaborated with the eyewear label Gentle Monster for a special run of sunglasses. The “Level 0” sunglasses come in three different colorways and boasts rectangular acetate frame with 99.9% UV protected black lenses. The glasses feature Heron Preston’s iconic orange label and a built-in leveler. The exclusive, not-for-sale, “Level 0 01(B)” colorway will be dropped in three random spots in six different cities and are free to take for anyone who’s lucky enough to find them. These glasses will be released between July 31 and August 5 in New York, London, Shanghai, Singapore, Seoul, and Los Angeles. They will be revealed on Gentle Monster’s Instagram.

Carhartt Work in Progress has just released the first products from its Fall/Winter 2021 collection. A range of weather-ready styles designed with corduroy, canvas, wool, flannel, and more are now available. This season’s collection is namely inspired by a vintage pair of Carhartt Double Ruck Knee Pants with a worn-down knee panel that reveals the deconstructed elements of these garments. The result of that is a two-tone motif that’s repeated throughout the collection on pants, overalls, and the OG Arctic Coat. Other styles in the collection draw on the muted colors of autumn. Standout pieces throughout their latest collection include the “Dennis” jacket and “Munro” puffer.

Following a collaboration with Carrots, the brand returns with a collection that highlights the philanthropic work that the family behind Siegelman Stable has done through horses. This includes providing affordable therapeutic horse rides for special needs individuals and youth in urban areas without easy access to horse riding. Guests at the Siegelman Stable x Hambletonian Society pop-up will be invited to shop the exclusive collection and meet two special in-store guests—mini horses from Horseability stables. The collection drops online this Friday and the pop-up will be open from Saturday to Sunday.

Skechers has released a new footwear collaboration inspired by the late Japanese designer Kansai Yamamoto. The collection features the Max Cushioning Premier styles for men and women. The limited-edition Skechers x Kansaïyamamoto collection features four sneakers and launched on the one-year anniversary of his passing. The men’s Skechers Max Cushioning Premier “KY Kabuki Paint” colorway features a design inspired by traditional kabuki theater.
