NBA superstar Kevin Durant is the featured model in Drake’s upcoming NOCTA basketball collection.
Drake himself has taken to Instagram, where he revealed the latest collection with Nike's NOCTA brand. "Easy Money," he captioned. "NOCTA Basketball, on and off court performance apparel."
Who better to have featured for this campaign than his longtime friend, and NBA phenom Kevin Durant. This friendship traces back as early to when Drake name-dropped him in a guest appearance track in 2012 with French Montana “Pop That.”
Then it evolved into KD being a cameo in Drake’s music video “Laugh Now Cry Later” in 2020. Most recently, Durant was named the A&R of Drake’s eighth studio album For All The Dogs.
The campaign imagery has KD vacuuming a room full of money, with a NOCTA vacuum of course, wearing a NOCTA Swarovski Velour Jacket and a light-blue basketball shorts kit.
In another image, KD is on the phone decked out in a full light-blue basketball jersey and shorts kit, including the Engineered Knit Tight. Kevin Durant, also known by his social handle “Easy Money Sniper,” is presented with the tagline “Easy Money, For NOCTA” as the heading for both images.
Leading up to the campaign, Nike also revealed the NOCTA Glide and Tech Fleece running capsule. Drake also said on IG the NOCTA basketball collection releases at midnight on NOCTA.com and SNKRS.
