Assuming you don’t live under a rock, you’ve probably heard about the dadbod trend—a growing phenomenon in which the “average” male physique is considered attractive. But how genuine is this new glorification of flab? Do women truly prefer a little cushion over ripped muscles?

Well, in attempt to find the answers, the Daily Mail enlisted dating expert Hayley Quinn to ask women on the streets which body they liked within a three-man lineup. One of the dudes was tall and thin, another was shorter and a bit softer, while the last guy was an in-shape fitness trainer.

To no one’s surprise, a lot of women said they liked the last man, saying his build and tan made him appear healthy. However, many other women said they were often intimidated and turned off by a lot of muscles, and preferred guys with a “more chilled out look.”

“I like slimmer guys and I don't really go for muscles,” one woman said. “I'd say somewhere between the muscly torso and the short one.”

As you can see in the video above, it's all about personal preference. So regardless of your current physique (be it yoked or dadbod), just know that there are some women who will no doubt like it.
