It's 2013, and everyone from streetwear brands to fashion labels have this whole "media" thing on lock. First comes the lookbook or fashion show, followed by collaborations that help build hype, and from there you have things like working with "#influencers" to put your product all over the Interwebs, and getting placement at all the best stores (and sometimes, even the cool, obscure ones).
But it's high time for a change from this boring old formula. This is the future, after all, so why not try some new things?
