Ciara has signed an exclusive contract with the agency, which will now manage all of her beauty, fashion, and modeling deals.
Despite not having an official modeling contract before, Ciara is not new to the fashion world. In the past year, she's been featured on the covers of magazines like L’Uomo Vogue, Shape, and Essence. Not to mention, she has been Givenchy's muse since 2009, when she started working with designer Riccardo Tisci, and recently starred as the face of Roberto Cavalli's Fall 2015 campaign.
"I'm super thrilled about partnering with IMG Models," she said a statement, according to International Business Times. "I have always had a strong love for fashion and I'm grateful to be surrounded by so many great friends that are the best at what they do in this industry. This partnership will give me an opportunity to grow and experiment as an artist. I truly look forward to all the amazing things we have planned ahead."
Ciara will join Gisele Bündchen, Kate Moss, Gigi Hadid, Karlie Kloss at IMG, in addition to other musicians-turned-models like Demi Lovato, Miguel, and Wiz Khalifa.
