Check out the new visual identity for the Serpentine Galleries in London. After opening the Serpentine Sackler Gallery, designed by the renowned Zaha Hadid, at the end of September, the galleries felt their entire brand needed a facelift. The designs were developed by the Pentagram firm and feature robust, vibrant imagery with flexible typography.
The designers explain the work as such: “Brian Boylan developed the strategy to create a united brand for The Galleries, positioning Serpentine as an open landscape for arts and culture. The Galleries invite artists and audiences to explore, opening the idea of art and the many experiences it promotes.”
Ian Osborne developed the typeface while Marina Willer worked with Boylan on the concept, images, and layout. Check out some examples of the rebrand above and more information on the Pentagram webpage.
