The owner of the recently-finished Potato Head Beach Club has a knack for vintage window shutters and 1950s Indonesian furniture, and from the outside this club looks more like an upscale art house than a place where people go to sip piñas. While the outside is covered in in multi-colored shutters, the inside reveals a wide open space with several bars, swimming pools, an occasional organic farmer's market, and a stage for late-night beach karaoke.
