Do we even have to say why this card is so unbelievably ignorant?

The Momisms card, filled with plenty of "Because I said so" lines is all too ignorant. Moms know the lines they use, and they could care less to see them on Mother's Day.

A card thanking your birth mother is cute and all, but it's a little awkward. You wouldn't want a card that thanks you for being an "adopted son," would you?

Granted this is a card addressing "Mum," and has a little bit of blunt British humor to it, we don't suggest calling your mom a bitch on MOTHER'S DAY.

It's already kind of weird to say Happy Mother's Day to your wife, but to do so with a weird frog graphic is just stupid. Even a blank card would be a million times better.

This is the overthinking-it card for a reason. Just because you don't have another point of reference, doesn't mean mom needs to realize it.
