Over the years, Brooklyn-based artist collective Mint & Serf has produced billboards for bigwigs like Nike, Yahoo, and Red Bull, but its latest project takes it back to the streets. M&S recently premiered Mint & Serf: Special Graffiti Unit, which incorporates various elements from the television show Law & Order into a series of silk-screened vignettes. The exhibition (going on now at Lyons Wier Gallery) kicked off on Wednesday night, and was enjoyed by guests from all walks of life.
