In addition to a highly anticipated retrospective at the Whitney Museum in NYC, Yayoi Kusama has collaborated with Louis Vuitton on clothing and accessories using her iconic, well-known dots. This way, visitors to the exhibition can dress to blend in with her polka-dotted work at the museum.
The Yayoi Kusama for Louis Vuitton pop-up shop opens July 10 at 4 p.m. at 116 Greene Street, where Kusama used to live and have a shop in the 60s. [TMagazine]
