Za Bor Architects completed Yandex's second office in Saint Petersburg, Russia. Their design challenges were to organize a complex space along the central corridor axis and to make the office a showy and impressive. To do so, they used double loaded zoning, built unusual objects (like the giant casted polymer clock), and integrated a pixelated aesthetic, for an overall playful, colorful, and almost hallucinogenic interior space.
