WAR/PHOTOGRAPHY: Images of Armed Conflict and Its Aftermath

In honor of Veterans Day, the MFAH will open an exhibition exploring the experience of war through photographers. 280 artists are represented in nearly 500 objects. The exhibition moves through the progression of war from instigation to resolution, but also tackles questions about the types of photographs created in wartime. It's dark material, sure, but nevertheless undeniably fascinating.
