According to The Real Deal, Derek Jeter has finally sold his luxurious penthouse at the Trump World Tower in New York City. It originally hit the market in 2010 for $20 million, and was re-listed last April for $17.95 million. It's 5,425-square-feet total with 360-degree views of Manhattan, 4 bedrooms, 5.5 baths, an eat-in kitchen, and a fireplace. Two years later, he's sold it for $15.5 Million, and will reportedly be downsizing to a smaller Manhattan apartment. We imagine it's nice to have this checked off his to-do list.
