The 21st Precinct isn't the only soon-to-be-demolished building to be used for art before it's demise. According toUntapped Cities, a punk group named Filthy Savage used 5Pointz (which is currently being demolished) as a free space to perform earlier this month. The set was recorded by an underground music scene documentarian named Sixdust and uploaded to YouTube.
Sixdust shared photos with Untapped Cities from the event and we're a little jealous that we weren't there. Before the demolition began, people found their way inside fairly easily, and now that walls have been torn down, it's pretty much an open house for urban explorers and others when the workers aren't around.
