Kylie Jenner is still only 17, so keep that in mind when you see this new house that she just bought in Calabasas, CA for $2.7 million, a block away from where Kourtney and Khloe live. According to the listing, there are five bedrooms, five and a half bathrooms, a Kardashian-Jenner family sized dining room, maid's quarters, two custom-built entertainment centers with 70" and 80" televisions, a big backyard with a pool, spa, and barbecue center, and tons of other stuff that we could only dream of when we were 17 (or ever).

According to TMZ, Kris Jenner is helping Kylie buy the house but it's with Kylie's own money. We're not sure why Kylie needs all that space (4,851 square feet) when she will presumably be living alone and is supposedly not dating Tyga, but we can bet that she will find a way to fill it with other lavish stuff that other 17-year-olds can only dream of.
