Supreme Lafayette Store Closing

Last night, social media accounts shared photos of "Space for Lease" signs appearing on the windows of Supreme's original location at 274 Lafayette Street.

Complex visited the location downtown and confirmed the space is up for lease. After 25 years Supreme has decided to close its original space on Lafayette and will sell product out of its shop at 190 Bowery in Manhattan. Supreme originally announced in February that the Lafayette store was undergoing renovations and that its current store on 190 Bowery would only be temporary. Neither Supreme or the leasing agency could be reached for comment.

Supreme Lafayette is officially closed for good. The old retail space is currently up for lease. Supreme Bowery is now a permanent location. Crazy to see the OG store go 🙏🏽
