Canadian lifestyle brand Faded has unleashed the lookbook for their upcoming fall/winter 2017 collection, featuring enough subtle outerwear instaclassics to carry streetwear enthusiasts through Canada’s colder months.
The brand, founded by Toronto-based designer Jonathan Shimoni, is known for a keen attention to textile details and quality tailoring on their limited menswear runs.
Faded's upcoming drop is loaded with outerwear highlights, including a black cotton jersey trench with zipper details on the sleeves, an olive hooded trench, an olive Moleskin puff coat and a black merino wool zip with an exaggerated hoodie. There’s even a luxe leather motto jacket.
You’ll also find a perfectly distressed slim fit flannel, a laid-back long sleeve two texture shirt featuring Shimoni’s trademark raw-edge sleeves and a rolled necklines, as well as distressed black denim, lined moleskin cargos, and motto sweats. For those extra cold days, there are even merino wool long johns.
As always, every piece in the collection was made in Canada with locally sourced fabrics and knits.
"With Faded, I'm always focused on reworking and refining the definition of comfort," Shimoni tells Complex. "FW17 looks to push that further than ever before while also exploring modern takes on iconic styles."
The Faded fall/winter 2017 collection will be available online at fadedlifestyle.com and select stores across Canada at the end of August. You can check out selected images from the collection below.
