Grailed, the version of eBay made for menswear nerds, is finally launching a women's website this summer. The sister site is still unnamed, but it'll be similar to Grailed in that it'll still be a luxury, peer-to-peer marketplace built by enthusiasts for enthusiasts. But it will have its own voice, content, taste, and social media presence. 

"It was important that made a separate site," Grailed brand director Kristen Dempsey said in an exclusive interview. "We wanted it to be a unique service for womenswear, and part of that is having it be empowering and supportive to the users that populate it. We felt that this couldn't just be an afterthought or a small aspect of the men's site."

Grailed was launched by Arun Gupta in December 2013. Since then, it has truly become the go-to destination for any guy looking for some of the most hyped items or, well, grails. From Supreme to super rare Raf Simons, Grailed has it all. Even influencers like Luka Sabbat and celebrities like ASAP Rocky, Lil Uzi VertPlayboi Carti, ASAP Bari, and Kendall Jenner are fans. 

According to Dempsey, Grailed's female fans have been vocal about wanting a women's marketplace. "The sentiment across the board was, 'Hey, what about us?'" she said. Some of the brands that will be available at the launch of Grailed's sister site include Céline, Visvim, Comme des Garçons, Simone Rocha, Maryam Nassir Zadeth, Rick Owens, Chanel, Maison Martin Margiela, Reformation, Vans, Madewell, Birkenstock, and more.
