Jay Z, Beyonce, Kanye, Pharrell And Rihanna Are All Suing This One Clothing Company

None

French clothing company ElevenParis has been slapped with a lawsuit by some of the biggest names in the music industry. Jay Z, Beyonce, Kanye, Pharrell and Rihanna—essentially the Illuminati—are all listed as the plaintiffs on a complaint toward ElevenParis for willful trademark infringement, using the likenesses, lyrics, names and trademarks of some of the most famous musicians in the world on various products without receiving their consent despite multiple cease and desist orders. You can read through the 96-page suit for yourself if you'd like (don't). ElevenParis even went as far to label these celebrity-inspired products with similar names like "CAYONCE" or "FANYE." C'mon guys, you really have to do better than that. Shit's just lazy.

ElevenParis has since removed the products from its website, obviously, but is still facing the wrath of the long dick of the law, as the world famous plaintiffs have asked to be repaid the profits made from products featuring their likenesses and have their legal fees covered.

This one should be an open and shut case, but if you're looking for some boring ass afternoon reading, the section titled "Facts Common To All Claims For Relief" is a nice little rundown of the parties involved and basically gloats about all the magazine covers, awards and accolades that these celebrities have earned over the course of about nine pages.
