Justin Bieber recently sat down with The Hollywood Reporter for an extensive interview where he talks about his weekly council sessions with Will Smith, how he "doesn't give a fuck what haters say", and how Eminem and other big name celebs have reached out and offered their support. He also said—wait for it—that his style is inspired by "black culture."

"I'm very influenced by black culture," Bieber told The Hollywood Reporter, "but I don't think of it as black or white. it's not me trying to act or pose in a certain way. It's a lifestyle—like a suaveness or a swag, per se. But I don't really like to say the word [swag] anymore. It's kind of played out."

Bieber's style has changed quite a bit in the last few years, sure. But wow.

Definitely check out the rest of the interview here
