Japanese designer Kei Harada set out to make an inviting piece of furniture, and it's safe to say that he succeeded. The marshmallow-like sofa he designed, titled the O'keeffe' Sofa, welcomes a variety of sitting positions, which include the ability to lay down across its pillowed surface. Of the design and its relation to children, Harada says,

"Although this sofa was not built specifically for children, it was my impression that the children intuitively understood my intentions of inducing motion through the sofa."
