After making appearances in Europe, Singapore, China, Japan and the Middle East, the Rolls-Royce102EX, a converted all-electric Phantom, is ending its journey in the states. The 102EX, short for the 102nd experimental vehicle in Rolls-Royce's history, is headed to Los Angeles next, then Miami.
