Cars aren't just cars to us. They aren't just a configuration of electronics and metal that get us from Point A to Point B. They might be for others, but not for us. We have a special place for cars in our hearts and minds, so when we see cars being blatantly disregarded or disrespected, it hurts us. We wince in pain and our hearts drop. That's what happened, when we saw these pictures of rappers doing things that should never be done to cars that cost hundreds of thousands of dollars. We understand that it's their money, but c'mon. Show a little respect!

Kanye West and Jay-Z

Car: Maybach 57S
2012 Starting Msrp: $376,000

In the most blatant display of disrespect (they called it sophisticated ignorance), Kanye West and Jay-Z took a Maybach to the chop shop. Even when the car was sold for charity, it didn't fetch as much as people expected. Gee, I wonder why.

Is it really a surprise that Chris Brown is disrespecting something?

Will.i.am

Car: Delorean Custom
2013 Starting Msrp: Reportedly $700,000

In no way have we seen Will.i.am stand on, sit on, or even look at his cars the wrong way. He simply took one of the most memorable rides of the century, reconstructed it and tried to pass it off as a completely new car. That in itself is deserving of one giant slap to the face.

I don't care who you are, what you do, how much money you have, or how much you love the smell of smoke (cigs or weed). You're ruining your car, by smoking in it.

Waka Flocka Flame

Car: Bentley Flying Spur
2013 Starting Msrp: $184,200

He wanted to make sure everybody knows he doesn't give an F, so he did a video clip on top of his car.

Not only is he spitting on the Lamborghini name, he's also wiping his feet all over a military-themed vehicle. Well done.

Soulja Boy

Car: Bentley Continental GT
2013 Starting Msrp: $175,000

This is nearly as disrespectful as he was to Bow Wow in their Lamborghini scuffle.

Meek Mill

Car: Lamborghini Murcielago
2011 Starting Msrp: $354,000

We're surprised he didn't drive an ATV or dirt bike up on top of the thing.

Chief Keef

Car: Ferrari California
2013 Starting Msrp: $201,290

Really, though? What's the point of this?

Tyga

Car: Rolls-Royce Phantom Drophead Coupe
2013 Starting Msrp: $470,000

Tyga probably weighs about 146 pounds, so it's not that big of a deal, but still. Why? Why are you putting all of your weight on top of a car that costs almost half a milli?

Rick Ross

Car: Bentley Continental GT
2013 Starting Msrp: $175,000

We imagine this is equivalent to when the boat nearly capsized in Jaws, when the shark jumped up on deck.

We get that you think you're on the top of the world, but you can kindly get the fuck off the top of the car now.

Chris Brown

Car: Audi R8 GT Spyder
2013 Starting Msrp: $200,800

Considering he's so into cars, you'd think he'd know better or care a little bit about his purchases. Or maybe he's just got more money than he knows what to do with, and cars are an easy outlet.

Waka isn't a small dude, so we're sure that window was flexin'' quite a bit. And not the good kind of flexin'.

Chief Keef

Just because you're got some squeaky clean white sneaks doesn't mean the bottoms are equally as sanitary. Get off the leather.
