VW just unveiled the Beetle GSR which is a descriptor so literal it could have only come out of Germany: "Gelb Schwarzer Renner" which means "Yellow Black Racer" and is a tribute to the Beetle GSR of the '70s.

The new one comes with an lightly tuned version of VW's usual 2.0L Turbo that puts out an extra 10 horses for a grand total of 210, a loud and proud black and yellow paint job with matching interior, 19" alloys, 235 section tires, and a spoiler. If you're looking for attention, want a hatchback, and can't afford a Ferrari FF, we think you just found your car.

Only 3,500 will be made.
