The BMW 1M Coupe was the car that we all wanted from BWM; it was powerful enough, perfectly balanced, light, simple, and handles great. It wasn't bloated or over-complicated like many of today's Bimmers. The only thing holding it back from just straight-up shaming the M3 was the power gap.
This dude replaced the 1M's I6 with the V8 from the M3, thus closing the gap and making a car that sounds incredible. We worry that the added weight up front might have screwed up the car's best attribute, however. If anybody knows more about this car, we'd love to hear it in the comments.
