See original story below.

According to the Arlington Police Department, a man in his early 50s suffered a gunshot wound to the head after being involved in an altercation in a parking lot near AT&T Stadium following the Cowboys-Patriots game this afternoon.

The victim was airlifted to a nearby hospital, and the suspect, who tripped over a wall after the shooting, is in custody. The injuries to the victim were said to be serious, but not life-threatening. The fight began shortly after 8 p.m.

Even more disturbing? The suspect was said to be "egged on" by the crowd to shoot the victim.
