Everything You Need To Know About Nike’s CROWN LEAGUE In Toronto

Crown League is back for another year. The fourth official season of Nike’s summer basketball league that brings together some of Canada’s best homegrown players kicks off this weekend in Toronto.

Every week, Crown League will host three games consisting of six teams in the league. Week one kicks off on Saturday June 30th at Ryerson University’s Kerr Hall—a venue rich in basketball history—while the following games shift weekly to Friday nights, with the finals held on Friday, July 27.

The six teams that are representing the future of Toronto basketball this year are: Northern Kings, CIA Bounce, 6Man, M.A.D.E., 1 Love T.O., and ACE.

Toronto has a rich history of summer basketball, from street to league-curated, and over the past few summers, Crown League has managed to attract a country-wide audience, which continues to inspire future ballers to pursue their hoop dreams too.

Of course, as much as Crown League is an opportunity for players to hone their skills, it’s also an event organized for the biggest basketball fans in Toronto. Weekly experiences at Kerr Hall will include live DJ performances, and an on-site pop-up shop showing off the latest Nike Basketball gear.

If you want to catch a game (or multiple games), visit nike.com/crownleague to learn more and register to claim your seat.
