Texas Longhorns quarterback Arch Manning certainly has the pedigree for football.

In fact, his family tree is filled with prominent football quarterbacks. He's the nephew of two famous NFL quarterbacks, Eli and Peyton Manning. He's the grandson of another NFL quarterback, Archie Manning.

USA Today called the Mannings the "royal family of football," which has increased the spotlight and pressure on Arch, 21, as he takes the ball for Texas.

Arch Manning's father is Cooper Manning, the brother of Eli and Peyton. Cooper had some bad luck that ended his football career. He played football at Ole Miss himself, but was diagnosed with "spinal stenosis," and couldn't keep playing, according to ESPN, so Peyton Manning switched his number to Cooper's 18.

Cooper's football hopes have now centered on his son. Arch's mom, Ellen Heidingsfelder, and Cooper have three kids. Arch's brother, Heid Manning, also attends the University of Texas, according to the New York Post. Heid Manning played football in high school, but not in college. Arch and Heid Manning also have a sister named May Manning.

Arch Manning has had the benefit of his famous uncle's tutelage. He has received training from Peyton Manning, and his uncle has high hopes for the next generation.

Peyton Manning once said that his nephew can "make throws I wouldn't even think about making," according to NBC News, which reported that Arch Manning "learned the analytical side of the position from Peyton."

According to ESPN, Arch's grandfather was a "Southern icon," and Peyton and Eli both have two Super Bowl championships to their names. Arch Manning was the top-ranked high school quarterback in the U.S. before going to the Longhorns, ESPN reported, adding that Archie Manning once commented that his grandson was "a little ahead of" his sons at the same age.

Peyton Manning even obtained private videos of Tom Brady practicing to show Arch, according to ESPN.

According to his bio on the Texas Longhorns page, Arch Manning stands 6 feet 4 inches tall and weighs 219 pounds. He is a sophomore who is from New Orleans.

Peyton Manning is in the NFL Hall of Fame.

"Peyton Manning, a 6-foot-5, 230-pound quarterback out of the University of Tennessee, was drafted first overall in the 1998 NFL Draft by the Indianapolis Colts," his Hall of Fame bio says. "He had an illustrious 18-year career as the quarterback for the Colts (1998-2011) and the Denver Broncos (2012-15), winning two Super Bowls and earning a victory against all 32 NFL franchises."

Eli Manning has not yet made the NFL Hall of Fame.
