U.S. tennis star Amanda Anisimova has shocked the U.S. Open, upsetting Wimbledon champion Iga Swiatek in New York.

She’s now headed into a highly anticipated semifinal match against Japan’s Naomi Osaka on Thursday, September 4.

The spotlight has also sparked curiosity about Anisimova’s dating life.

At the moment, Anisimova is single and has never been married. While she was once linked to an Australian reality star from a well-known sports family, Anisimova has kept her personal life private ever since, and it’s unclear whether she’s currently dating anyone.

She posts photos of her travels on Instagram with no sign of a boyfriend. Anisimova has posed on beaches and with friends.

According to USA Today, the last time Anisimova was publicly linked to a boyfriend was in 2020, when she posed for a photo looking close with Tyler Roos, an "Australian model and son of Australian Football League player Paul Roos."

"Taught her everything I know," Roos wrote then on his Instagram page, alongside a photo of them looking close. However, there is no indication that they remain together today.

That same year, Roos posted a photo showing him in an embrace with Anisimova, but he hasn't posted any Instagram pictures with her recently.

According to WTA Tennis, Anisimova, 24, is the 9th-ranked women's tennis player in the world.

Her WTA Tennis biography says that, off the court, she "enjoys music, running, writing, jet skiing, and going to the beach. Has one dog named Miley."

"Mother is Olga, who was born and raised in Moscow; sister is Maria Anisimova-Egee and lives in New York. Speaks English and Russian," the bio says.

Around the time she was spotted with Roos, Anisimova suffered a major family tragedy. Her father, Konstantin Anisimova, died in 2019 of a heart attack. Anisimova, who was only 17 at the time, then took a break from tennis for a time, People reported.
