Michael Jordan is arguably the best basketball player of all time. But as far as being a good NBA executive goes, MJ has been far from perfect. In fact, you could argue that he'll never be able to do enough to make people forget about the time he drafted Kwame Brown No. 1 overall. And last night, the Hornets owner may have added to his list of front office blunders.

According to an ESPN Boston report, the Celtics really, really, really wanted to jump up to No. 9 in the 2015 NBA Draft to select Justise Winslow. It seems MJ and the Hornets were dead-set on drafting Frank Kaminsky at that spot, though. So despite the fact that Boston was reportedly willing to give them upwards of six (!) draft picks, including several first-rounders, simply to move up to No. 9, Charlotte held tight and didn't do it. Instead, they stayed put and selected Kaminsky.

Celtics general manager Danny Ainge later admitted that he may have been "going too hard at" the pick and offering too much for it. And we would agree. But yo, if he was offering six picks or, hell, even just four or five picks, how could the Hornets not say yes to that? Kaminsky will probably be a decent player in the NBA, but he's not going to be the next, well, Michael Jordan. So what gives?
