You know what LeBron James needs? More stuff to do! He's currently playing basketball at the highest level possible, selling a ton of sneakers for Nike, and even doing some acting in the new movie, Trainwreck. But apparently, that's not enough. So LeBron just revealed that he has signed a development deal with Warner Bros.
LeBron and his business partner Maverick Carter have formed a company called SpringHill Entertainment, which will develop movies, TV shows, and digital content for Warner Bros. LeBron spoke about the deal in a statement that was released this afternoon.
"Connecting with my fans and telling meaningful stories have always been my passion," he said. "In everything I've done, from Nike commercials to Uninterrupted and Survivor's Remorse, it's always about connecting with people of all ages and providing unique content they can all enjoy. And I've always loved movies, which makes Warner Bros. the ultimate partner to help us continue to push the envelope. I can't wait to see what we come up with."
