Vlade Divac played 16 NBA seasons, and was known at being one of the more skilled passing big men of his generation.

He was also known for bringing the art of flopping into the NBA, to the point where it became an acceptable way for players to attempt to gain an advantage.

Divac is now the vice president of basketball operations and general manager of the Sacramento Kings, but he's not spending all of his time solely in the front office. A video emerged from a recent practice, where Divac was seen showing DeMarcus Cousins how flopping is done.

This doesn't seem to be the wisest of decisions. Cousins has a long history of clashing with officials, and this would seem like another opportunity for him to get frustrated if they ignore his illegal attempt at getting some calls.

But hey, Divac is the most prolific flopper in NBA history, so you can't blame him for wanting to pass along this very specific skill set to a younger generation of players.
