Ahead of Game 5 of the NBA Finals, a new edition of Jimmy Kimmel’s Mean Tweets segment dropped on Monday night.

The 2022 installment includes Anthony Edwards, Ja Morant, Russell Westbrook, Jalen Green, Evan Mobley, Darius Garland, Saddiq Bey, Franz Wagner, Jalen Suggs, Andre Drummond, Dejounte Murray, Jarrett Allen, Scottie Barnes, Zach Levine, Tyrese Haliburton, and Gary Payton.

The ever-polarizing Westbrook kicked things off, reading, “Russell Westbrook dresses like a 70 year old uncle with a timeshare in Florida.”

The Lakers point guard replied, “I’m a fresh 70-year-old, I’ll tell you that much.”

"Ja morant needa chill. He be going Dummy. Still a soft ass b*tch goofy tho."

Meanwhile, Minnesota Timberwolves shooting guard Anthony Edwards, who recently starred in Adam Sandler’s latest Netflix film Hustle, appeared confused about his tweet, which read, “When we gonna start taking about Anthony Edwards problem? He don’t run. He don’t defend. He don’t rebound. He don’t shoot.”

Edwards responded, “I mean, we can start taking about it right now. Whatever that means.”

Among the many hilarious tweets in this year’s NBA edition is one directed at Cleveland Cavs center Jarrett Allen, whose running style is compared to a certain Scooby Doo character. “Why Jarrett Allen look like Shaggy when he run,” Allen read.
