Key Takeaways

  • Jeremiyah Love’s girlfriend, Aliece, brushed off criticism of her reported $300,000 Lamborghini Urus by lip-syncing, “The hate ain’t working, as you can see,” in a TikTok from the driver’s seat.
  • Neither Aliece nor Love has explained how they purchased the SUV, though Love recently signed a four-year, $53 million rookie contract with the Arizona Cardinals that reportedly includes a $35 million bonus.
  • The third overall pick in the 2026 NFL Draft is recovering from a high ankle sprain but could return for Arizona’s September 13 season opener against the Los Angeles Chargers.

Jeremiyah Love’s girlfriend, Aliece, has a direct message for anyone criticizing the couple over her new Lamborghini: The backlash has not changed a thing. Weeks after showing off the luxury SUV in a since-deleted TikTok, Aliece returned to the platform behind the wheel, using pointed song lyrics to address the attention surrounding the reported $300,000 gift.

According to The New York Post, in the August 18 video, Aliece sat in the driver’s seat of the Lamborghini Urus while lip-syncing lyrics aimed at her critics. “The hate ain’t working, as you can see,” she mouthed before continuing with lines about remaining unbothered and having a wealthy partner. The clip, captioned with a smiling-sweat emoji, followed a wave of online debate over the expensive vehicle and Love’s finances as he begins his NFL career.

Love previously said he planned to invest the money from his four-year, $53 million rookie contract with the Arizona Cardinals rather than spend it. The deal, which reportedly includes a $35 million signing bonus, made him the NFL’s highest-paid running back by total contract value at the time.

It is unclear how the Lamborghini was purchased, and neither Love nor Aliece has publicly provided details about the transaction.

Love also had opportunities to earn endorsement income under college athletics’ name, image, and likeness rules before entering the NFL.

Love entered the league with more than a lucrative contract behind his name. The St. Louis native starred at Christian Brothers College High School, winning two Missouri state championships and earning state Gatorade Player of the Year honors as a senior.

At Notre Dame, he developed into one of college football’s top offensive players, winning the 2025 Doak Walker Award, finishing third in Heisman Trophy voting, and earning unanimous first-team All-American honors.

He ended his college career with 2,882 rushing yards, 594 receiving yards, and 42 total touchdowns before Arizona selected him third overall in the 2026 NFL Draft.

The Lamborghini conversation arrives as Jeremiyah Love prepares for a highly anticipated rookie season while recovering from an ankle injury. He rushed for 58 yards during his preseason debut against the Las Vegas Raiders before exiting with a high ankle sprain, ruling him out of Arizona’s preseason matchup with the Dallas Cowboys.

Love is still expected to be in contention to start the Cardinals’ September 13 opener against the Los Angeles Chargers.
