There are certain things that people don't forget how to do, and for Mike Tyson, boxing is like riding a bike.

On Friday, Iron Mike posted footage to his social media showing him hitting the mitts with a trainer. From the clips, it's easy to see why Tyson was the youngest heavyweight champion in history.

A rep for the boxer told TMZ that the video was shot a few days earlier and is part of a promotional deal with Sony which is evident by the posts' captions.

"I’m a Bad Boy for Life," the posts read. "Watch #BadBoysforLife now on DVD Blueray."

Bad Boys co-star, Will Smith, reposted Tyson's clip, calling the champ his "hero."

"Mike at 53???" Will wrote. "MY HERO!!"

Although Tyson flashes brilliance, he's gone on record claiming that he doesn't train professionally because he doesn't want to feed his ego.

"I keep away from that stuff, man," Tyson said during an appearance on Joe Rogan's the Joe Rogan Experience. "All that stuff reactivates my ego. ... If I activate my ego I'mma lose in life."

Still, Tyson has been open about taking on some exhibition bouts for charity.
