Dion Waiters went on the offensive against the Miami Heat.

Following the announcement of his one-game suspension, Waiters left comments under a post on a Heat fan page on Instagram targeting coach Erik Spoelstra.

"I would win if I had Bron & Wade plus Bosh," Waiter said after liking serval comments about him being traded or waived from the team. He also sent an "lol" to a fan that suggested rookie teammate Tyler Herro was better than him.

Late Saturday night, Dion Waiters was suspended for Miami's season opener for "conduct detrimental to the team." Although president Pat Riley claims that there were "a number" of reasons for this punishment, Waiters' exchange with Spoelstra during Friday night's preseason game was the tipping point.

"There were a number of unacceptable incidents this week, culminating with his unprofessional conduct on the bench last night," Riley said in a statement. "As a consequence, I feel we had to suspend him."

Neither party has confirmed what the argument was about, but insiders believe that it centered around his playing time. Waiters only played 10 minutes on Friday night after averaging 14.3 minutes per game this preseason.
