Holly Holm doesn’t really need to watch video of her knocking Ronda Rousey out because, well, she was there when it happened. She got an up-close-and-personal look at the KO during her bout with Rousey at UFC 193. But despite this, people just won’t stop asking her to watch it.
Many people are still trying to wrap their heads around what happened so, during her media tour this week, they have asked Holm to watch the knockout over and over again. She says it’s not something she typically does after a fight, but she told Fox Sports that she has sat and watched the Rousey KO somewhere in the range of 30 times since it happened.
“A lot of people around me are like, ‘Oh my gosh, Holly, this is my favorite part of the fight,’ and they’ll show me,” she said. “So I have seen it multiple times, but then, of course, with all the interviews, they show the film, so I’ve probably seen it like 30 times from what other people showed.”
Not that she’s complaining.
“It’s been awesome,” she said.
If we were her, we’d watch it, too. Way more than 30 times.
