On Friday, Cam Newton held the first annual "Kick It With Cam" kickball tournament at BB&T Ballpark, home of the Chicago White Sox Triple-A affiliate Charlotte Knights. The event, which was free to the public, included Newton, a number of his Carolina Panthers teammates and some NFL greats, including Bo Jackson and Randy Moss.
While the kickball tournament was probably fun to watch, the real good stuff happened when Newton & Co. put on the equipment for Knockerball. Throughout his career, Cam hasn't able to lay a solid hit on another player but last night, he took all that frustration out on his own wide receiver, Corey "Philly" Brown and a person who shall remain nameless.
And we saved the most brutal hit by Newton for the end. Just...just watch.
