If you're a Bulls fan, Derrick Rose having knee problems has basically become an annual tradition. And though you shouldn't be surprised, you likely still are at the never-ending fortunes of the former MVP:

After reporting pain to team officials during Tuesday’s practice, Rose was brought in for an MRI and found to have an identical injury to the one he suffered in the same knee just 10 games into the 2013-14 season. As you almost certainly know, that injury caused him to miss the rest of the season (even though it occurred around Thanksgiving). That bit of injury history has to be a reality smack to even the most optimistic of Bulls fans.

And while there’s been no official word on how many games this newest tear will cause Derrick to miss (ESPN reports that any timeline for another #return will have to wait until after his surgery), let’s just say that, unfortunately once again, it’d probably be wise not to lay any money down on Chicago this postseason.

We'll update if more news becomes available.
