Aaron Rodgers has thrown an astonishing five first half touchdown passes, and the Packers have gone into the locker room with a staggering 42-0 lead over the increasingly dysfunctional Chicago Bears.

It’s been astonishingly easy for Rodgers all night, who has thrown three TD passes of 40-plus yards (two to Jordy Nelson, one to Eddie Lacy). He has completed 18 of his 24 passes for 315 yards (152 of them to Nelson), yet even combined with his six TDs he still somehow doesn’t have a perfect QB rating.

Rodgers’ counterpart Jay Cutler has not been so fortunate. The beleaguered Bears signal caller has gone 12-for-23 for 145 yards, an interception, and a fumble lost as Chicago continues to struggle badly. The Packers have yet to punt the ball, and the Bears’ secondary looks like it could give up a game-breaking play at any moment. We could be in for a long second half.
