Tonight, at 8 p.m., Dwight Howard: In the Moment will be premiering on EPIX. Focused on Howard's "transitional year" from the Los Angeles Lakers to the Houston Rockets, the film takes on the task of answering the question, "Who is the real Dwight Howard?"

Our verdict: Who cares?

Based on the trailer above, In the Moment appears to be nothing more than a lame #branding opportunity for Howard and his team, as talking heads like Howard's former coaches and his fucking agent will heap praise upon an NBA center who, in our opinion, is best described as "bitchmade." Howard is, on a good day, cheesy and, at worst, unbearably fake. Given that In the Moment was produced with the approval of Howard's team, there's no reason to expect that we're going to see a different side of the overly affable Superman.

So, in the interest of saving you from Howard's self-indulgent salesmanship, we thought up five other documentaries we'd rather watch than Dwight Howard: In the Moment. Yes, even a film composed of nothing but mid-range jumpers from Josh Smith would be preferable to this.
