Now that the Rams have parted ways with Michael Sam, one question remains: Where will Sam sign next? Will he catch on with another NFL team? Agree to take part in at least one event with the WWE? Fade into the background and continue working towards an NFL contract?

It's all still up in the air. But reports out of Canada are suggesting that Sam could sign with a CFL team sometime in the near future. The CFL is currently in the middle of their 2014 season. But according to NFL.com, the Montreal Alouettes have reached out to Sam about signing with them and are waiting to hear back from him right now. The Alouettes are the same team that signed Chad Johnson to a deal earlier this year and they currently own Sam's CFL rights.

At the moment, it sounds like Sam is still hoping to catch on with an NFL franchise. But a short stint in the CFL could help him prove that he's ready to play pro football and keep him busy and in shape for a few months. So we wouldn't be surprised if he ends up north of the border sometime this month.
